Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent the flat La Tourelle, located in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes, between Place de la Mairie and Place Sainte-Anne, in a pretty historic condominium.
Recently redecorated, this apartment of 53m² is composed of an entryway with a hanging closet, an equiped kitchen open to a spacious livingroom, a bedroom with queensize bed and a spacious bathroom. La Tourelle can welcome up to 4 people thanks to a convertible couch in the livingroom.
The La Tourelle apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.
Equipments include :
- Furnished linen (bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels) and made beds upon arrival
- Products such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, ...
- Equiped kitchen (Traditionel oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- Washing machine, iron, hair dryer
- The street is currently under construction
You will be welcome by our Cocoonr team, who will show you the apartment upon arrival.
Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 250 meters from the accommodation, about a 3-minute walk.

The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. However, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the two flights up to the apartment were narrow and a little rickety. Luckily my husband and I could bring our luggage up with some difficulty, but anyone who has any mobility issues or isn’t very strong might have some difficulties.

La Tourelle "The place is so stylish. We welcomed by Lahna who was very sweet and friendly. Well equipped kitchen, felt like home.
As the most reviews a little bit noisy during the weekend nights when we were there.
Other than that it’s perfect place to be Rennes."

La Tourelle I stayed at this wonderful apartment for two weeks while in Rennes for work. The apartment was perfect! Very clean, well appointed with everything you'll need for cooking basics. All of the listed amenities were included and worked perfectly. It was great having the washing machine for such an extended stay. The location is also really perfect! It's about a three minute walk to the St. Anne metro stop and less than 10 minutes from Republique in the town center. I read a couple of reviews mentioning noise and a small shower. Honestly, you should expect a bit of noise if you're choosing a location in the city center, and small showers are just how it is in European apartments. It wasn't an issue for me at all. The check-in/check-out was seamless. Linda met me at the property at our scheduled time for check-in. She was very proactive and communicative. She showed me the apartment and walked me through a few procedures. Self check-out was easy. Everything was AMAZING!
