Villa Bernocco is located on a private estate, formerly belonging to the Bourbon family, in the hills of Camaiore, between the medieval town of Lucca (30 km) and the famous seaside resorts of Versilia (9 km). This enchanting villa with its private heated saltwater pool can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful dining room with a fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen, and a very spacious living room.
In front of the house is a private garden and a lovely seating area, perfect for breakfast.
Our guests can enjoy the beautiful views while taking advantage of the peaceful Tuscan countryside near the swimming pool with sun loungers. Villa Bernocco is a unique oasis of peace.
Overlooking the pool is a splendid open-air dining room with a cast-iron table for 10 people, perfect for a refreshing aperitif and a typical Tuscan dinner under the stars with a splendid view of the pool and surrounding hills. Total privacy is guaranteed. The BBQ is The Big Green Egg - the ultimate in al fresco cooking - from grilling to baking to slow cooking, it will achieve everything with perfect results. The ceramic construction keeps the heat in, but also the humidity out, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection.
Recently renovated, indoors this rural villa has retained many of its original features and typical Tuscan style: wood-beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors are at least 200 years old. At the same time, the villa offers many high-quality modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
This three-storey villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room overlooking the garden with various seating areas Adjacent to the villa is a cosy guest house with a separate entrance. The guest house has 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed on request) with a private bathroom (shower only). It is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding hills.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with en suite dining room and a table that can seat 10 people. This floor also includes a separate area with two adjoining bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are 2 romantic double rooms (double beds) with en-suite bathrooms, both spacious and elegant, each with shower and bath.
Air conditioning in each bedroom and the use of it is included in the price, as is heating and Wi-Fi.
We also provide a cot and highchair on request.

We had the best time at Allegra’s beautiful property. The Villa is beautifully decorated- no detail missed from both a decor and functional perspective. There are so many interesting decorations, art, the rooms all have their own personalities- there is a guest suite- which felt like it’s own little apartment. But they have also thought about the functional part and they also have umbrellas, laundry baskets, hair dryers, a fully stocked kitchen with every tool you would ever need, lots and lots of dish ware and cutlery. The pool is absolutely stunning and they had ample seating with extra towels and pillows. The view out of every window was spectacular. The sunsets were unbelievable.
This property (and working with Allegra) is truly a first-class experience, above and beyond a typical VRBO that is usually stocked with the bare bones. Her and her staff made us feel like we were staying at a friends place, would 10/10 recommend and hope to return one day.

What a beautiful, peaceful, stay! The home was impeccably furnished and the area was gorgeous. From the church bells, the amazing views from the hills, and everyone we met during our stay - all soul enriching. We were a family of 4 visiting from CT, we intend to go back to Camaiore and stay at this very special home! The host and her team were truly so caring and wonderful. So much to do around Camaiore and it really felt like we got a local experience which is what we wanted. We can’t wait to return!!

We spent a week-long holiday at this stunning property in Camaiore. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The house is absolutely gorgeous, as are the grounds, natural environment, and private swimming pool. It has been decorated with very good taste, with a harmonious and luminous result.
The property is set on a private estate, with exclusive access through a gate. The owner Allegra and the staff (Fausto and Nadia) were absolutely lovely and helpful all along, from before our arrival to the time of our departure. We have travelled throughout Europe got a number of years, but have never received such attentive and caring service.
Among some of the unique features of the property: 1) easy access to some of Italy’s loveliest beaches and villages (Pietrasanta, etc); 2) property set in a secluded, private estate but with immediate access to shops, bars, restaurants and pastry shops; 3) stunning decoration throughout the house, with high-quality fixtures, lovely colour combinations and an impressive library of books and DVDs; 4) air conditioning throughout the house, lovely swimming pool under the partial shade of trees, “GreenEgg” barbecue in the garden, etc.
This was the ultimate Tuscan holiday, and we will return to enjoy it once more!

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Bernocco. The house is well appointed with modern amenities yet had all the feel and charm of an Italian country house. The pool is amazing, the kids lived in it and it's a great one for morning laps. The countryside and light is beyond beautiful. The house offers a quiet getaway feeling, yet minutes from Camaiore and short drives to Forte dei Marmi and Lucca. Allegra (the owner) was amazingly helpful- offering local tips and answering any questions. We could not speak more highly about our experience.
