About this house rental
This typical old Tuscan house is located high on a hillside at 2 km from Monteggiori and 6 km from Pietrasanta, on the Versilia Coast; surrounded by an olive grove it enjoys a remarkable view.
Idyllically positioned between seaside and mountains, at just 12 km away from the beach, the house can be reached driving, through olive groves, up a winding mountain road until one must leave the car and walk up to the house along a 200 meter stone path with lights, which narrows at the end, allowing you to appreciate the serenity of the slower rhythms of Nature.
The owners guarantee baggage service at arrival and departure.
The outside of the house is very charming, with a furnished veranda offering a great spot for alfresco dining. Also available barbecue equipment and a gazebo, table, in the middle of the olive grove for outside lunching.
The house is on three floors, preserves its ancient walls and is tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster) with dining area, a bathroom fitted out with shower. Outside near the entrance is a small room with a washing machine. On the first floor is the living room with a double sofa bed and armchairs in front of a stone fireplace and two large windows with a breathtaking view over the coast, also TV, Cd and Dvd player. A door and few steps lead to the veranda and garden. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and an additional single bed. The parquet flooring and wooden furniture, together with the location and the overwhelming view bestow warmth and cosiness on this romantic little house.
The nearest restaurant is at ca. 1-2 km (in Monteggiori), shops in Capezzano at 4 km. Beaches in Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi at 12-15 km. Pisa and Lucca are at only 32 km away, Florence 100 km. Internet Wi-Fi connection available, also mosquito curtains.

Dieses Häuschen ist perfekt für 2Personen, due dem Touristenrummel 3ntkomm3n Wolken und völlig abseits allein sein wolle.Es ust alles so liebevoll eingerichtet, viele alte Gegenstände als Deko aber auch zum Benutzen, durch Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine mit Luxus ausgestattet...die Durche geräumig und sensationell mit integriertem Felsmassiv. Die Küch3nausstattung ist nicht luxuriös, aber völlig ausreichend, um jeden Tag selber zu kochen, eine kleine süße Sonnenterrasse über der Stadt Camaiore, ein Tisch mit 4 Stühle direkt vor der Küchentür.Es war einfach himmlisch!Die Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, hilft auch beim Gepäcktransport, da das Auto 240m abseits stehen bleiben muss und das Häuschen nur zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder,

La casa di Paola, Simone e Orlando vi sorprenderà: si trova a mezza costa, in posizione soleggiata, immersa in un uliveto. Si raggiunge a piedi tramite breve passeggiata e, pur non essendo particolarmente isolata, di notte è frequentata da istrici, cinghiali, volpi. L'ingresso è a gradoni, piacevolmente ombreggiato da un vecchio olivo, e la vista sull'abitato di Camaiore e, in lontananza, sul mare, è semplicemente incantevole. L'interno è rustico e accogliente.
Consigliatissima se amate il contatto con la natura, il relax, le passeggiate (la casa si trova sul sentiero che collega Camaiore con Sant'Anna di Stazzema); la casa si è rivelata anche un'ottima base per andare al mare (più o meno 20' per raggiungere il Lido di Camaiore) o visitare le città d'arte (nei dintorni, Pietrasanta e Lucca). Paola è un'ottima padrona di casa, disponibile e prodiga di "dritte" su luoghi da visitare/ ristoranti/ attività da fare: i suoi consigli ci sono stati davvero di grande aiuto.
