About this house rental
This apartment is part of a Holiday House with 3 apartments.
Is on the top of a hill that overlooks the river Arno valley and is immersed in a silent and peaceful atmosphere, while also being connected very well to the main services and attractions.
There are some shared spaces that guests can use: a garden with a pool and a wooden solarium, a large garden surrounding the house, very spacious for playing, reading, relax, and with a barbecue area and a covered gazebo with table, sun bed and chairs to eat outside.
Is decorated with antiques furnitures. Rooms are spacious and comfortable all have windows with views.
Situated at the first floor, there is a small covered Loggia before the entrance door. Large living room, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one double with 2 single beds (that can be combined), one single room. Two bathrooms with shower.
It is ideal for families or groups or friends, especially as a base for visiting the Tuscany region: Florence is only 18 km far. Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, are close as well and all reachable in a day trip.
Outside, a large private terrace with table, chairs, sun bed to relax and eat outdoors.
We are building a new above ground swimming pool to improve the panoramic pool garden context. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay in between 8.30/9 am - 5.30/6 pm. The completion date of the works is not yet certain but they could extend until the end of May / beginning of June.
Host has a free internet connection; also is possible to use a washing machine (free)
Not far from the apartment many services and shops:
Pampurio (in the village of Torri), is the closest shop (1 km), it is a grocery/restaurant/ bar that serves very good lunch and where you can buy simple stuff for a dinner.
Supermarket, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, banks are at 5 km in the village of Pontassieve or Rignano sull'Arno.
In the Rignano area there are many "Outlets" too. The Mall, Fashion Valley and many others to enjoy italian and international famous brands.
A car is necessary for the stay.
Stay tax is 1,5 euro per night for maximum 6 nights, to pay cash on the arrival

The villa was exactly what we envisioned. Quaint, historic, scenic etc etc…
The villa was clean & spacious. The water good to drink and water pressure was great. Bernardo was very helpful and even can to find us when we were lost.
The pool being shared with other guests totaly not a problem as there is plenty of room for all
$$$$
