About this house rental
The apartment is part of an and original Tuscan farmhouse in stone from the 17th century. It is situated at the ground floor and is one of the 3 apartments of the Holiday house. It has a private entrance and a panoramic terrace for an exclusive use.
There are some shared spaces that guests can use: a garden with a pool and a wooden solarium, a large garden surrounding the house, very spacious for playing, reading, relax, and with a barbecue area and a covered gazebo with table, sun bed and chairs to eat outside.
Has one double bedroom, another double with 2 single beds, a large and equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all with panoramic windows.
Outside, a large private terrace with table, chairs, sun bed to relax and eat outdoors.
We are building a new above ground swimming pool to improve the panoramic pool garden context. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay in between 8.30/9 am - 5.30/6 pm. The completion date of the works is not yet certain but they could extend until the end of May / beginning of June.
Host has a free internet connection (29 mega speed in download); also is possible to use a shared washing machine (free).
It is ideal for a family or a small group or friends, especially as a base for visiting the Tuscany region: Florence is only 18 km far. Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, are close as well and all reachable in a day trip.
The house is quiet and isolated but with services that are close to the house:
Pampurio (in the village of Torri), is the closest shop (1 km), it is a grocery/restaurant/ bar that serves very good lunch and where you can buy simple stuff for a dinner.
Supermarket, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, banks are at 5 km in the village of Pontassieve or Rignano sull'Arno.
In the Rignano area there are many "Outlets" too. The Mall, Fashion Valley and many others to enjoy italien and international famous brands.
Stay tax is 1,5 euro per night (max 6 nights) to pay cash on the arrival

Excellent property in what feels like a remote location but only a few minutes drive to the nearest town. Amazing views! Apartment is well equipped and perfectly clean. Shared areas are pool and BBQ which are very good.
