Ideally located in the countryside, our charming "Les Frênes" cottage offers a relaxing break in a peaceful and authentic setting.

• 40 minutes from Deauville
• 25 minutes from Lisieux
• Close to typical Norman villages such as Livarot and Camembert, as well as the D-Day landing beaches
Easily accessible from major highways, Domaine Les Pâtis is the perfect destination for a stay as a couple, with family, friends, or for a seminar.

o 1 bedroom with two single beds

o Dishes and cooking utensils
o "L’Or" coffee machine (capsules)
• Living room area with TV, including access to:
Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and French & English channels

🛻 Guided Quad Tours
From early May to late October, enjoy a nature ride on a quad guided by an instructor.
• Duration: 2 hours
• Price: €120 per quad (1 or 2 people)
• Driving license (B) required
• Gear provided: helmet, disposable liner, gloves
The ride takes you through forest paths, river crossings, and offers just the right dose of adventure in a safe and friendly setting.

A deposit of €750 is required for your stay. It can be paid either:
• Via a secure link (bank imprint, not charged)
• By check on the day of arrival
👉 Important: The secure link only captures a pre-authorization. No amount is charged unless damage is found. The deposit is automatically released within 7 days of departure.

• Please start the dishwasher
• Dispose of your rubbish in the containers located at the exit of the estate
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax has been introduced in the territory of the Community of Communes since January 1st, 2024.
Collected based on the actual number of overnight stays, it is paid by travelers staying in commercial accommodations within the area.
All proceeds from this tax are fully dedicated to improving the quality of visitor services and tourist infrastructure in the region, as well as to promoting and developing local tourism to enhance its attractiveness.

Great location, excellent facilities and fantastic hosts.
We were welcomed as we arrived and helped to unload. Once we settled in there were frequent (but not imposing) checks to make sure we were ok. It was clear that if it wasn’t then everything would be done to resolve things. The property was clean and well maintained.
We had great weather and made good use of the pool and outdoor area. While access to British TV was a boon for my elderly mother helping her holiday be restful. The area is peaceful if you want to unwind, while there’s plenty to do if you’re more adventurous.
Would recommend to groups of all ages.
