About this house rental
Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this peaceful Seabrook waterfront home. Visit Kemah Boardwalk, 1 mile away (5 min drive) or go to NASA for the day, 3 mile or 10 min drive. Walk to the local Seafood restaurant and market.
We are located on the 1st row with a direct Bayview to the water and Kemah Boardwalk. Wake up with the sunrise of the sea and settle in with the evening sunsets. Also get premium unobstructed firework viewing when available.
Notice: Currently our pool table and basketball hoops are Out Of Order
Closets & Pantry:
While our home is large and houses large families. Our closets and pantry will be locked during your stay. The only clothing storage is in the master bedroom, and guests can bring their own if needed.
Drainage:
Our bathrooms have thin pipes that can clog easily, especially with waterproof sunscreen. We have hair catchers and we deep clean them between every stay. If clogging occurs during your stay, guests are kindly requested to address the issue.
BBQ:
Our home does not have a built in BBQ but guests are free to bring their own if needed.

Nice beach house on the beach. Quiet area, add close to Kemah boardwalk. Pool table was ok, but I recommend you bring your own que sticks. There we're also some games for you to play, Dominos, uno, and poker chips.

Me and my family had an amazing time here at this beautiful home! Area was safe and was near a ton of attractions! The seven of us all had somewhere to sleep on and were extremely comfortable! The host was very communicative and left the rules & guidelines easy to understand! Will definitely think of returning here someday!

The location is beautiful but upon entry the driveway parking was terrible, door at stairs had rust flakes everywhere, outdoor furniture in terrible shape. The home was not clean, & furniture is worn out. The kitchen was not equipped with the basics. I never leave reviews but for what I paid I was so very disappointed with the condition it was in.
