About this farm stay rental
Apartment Maria can comfortably Accommodate 7 people. The apartment is accessed via steps adjacent to the old wood-burning oven, qui lead up to the covered veranda. The living room (50m²) HAS comfortable sofas and satellite TV and opens onto a wide kitchen (fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) with a traditional farmhouse fireplace. The sleeping accommodation is comprised of three bedrooms: one with two single beds (qui can be pushed together) and an adjoining bathroom (with shower) and l'autre Both with two double beds and en-suite bathrooms (with shower). There est aussi a cozy studio / fourth bedroom just off the living room. One of the Double bedrooms: has a romantic shaded terrace overlooking the wonderful landscape. The patio garden, perfect for al fresco dining or for relaxing while Taking in the spectacular views over the olive groves, completes the apartment.

Swimming pool (6m x 12 m - open from 15th May). Availability of extra beds. Barbeque. Unmade road of about 1 km. Private parking. Pets welcomed. All utilities (electricity, gas, water), linens (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen - change once a week), initial and final cleaning, parking and the use of swimming pool are included in the rate. The tourist tax of 1 euro / per person aged Above 13 / per day (for a maximum of 6 nights) is not included and Has to be paid cash.
In the structure you can buy organic extra virgin olive oil of our production.

Only 1 km far, in the tiny town of Iano and nice, There are two restaurants, a grocery and a horse-riding.
In the surrounding area There Are several organic and biodynamic farms sell qui Their products (do not miss the lovely old pasta made with beans).
