Love this location and hopefully when I know what days I can take off summer the house will be available for a week.
The sliding door was very difficult to open and close and the slider was very dirty at the bottom otherwise very clean.

Great house in a unique location on an easily accessible island and with fantastic views. This home is great for a family or friends gathering but still doable for just a couple as well. It was well laid out. It was a beautiful drive just getting there. It's right on the water so conducive to water activities in the warmer months. Comfy beds. Great decks on both levels. The house was very clean and neat so kudos to housekeeping staff.
The description of the place should have mentioned there were 38 steps down a steep hill to get into and out of the house. Older folks would have a great deal of difficulty with this. The stairs are not lighted which made leaving or arriving after dark precarious. This could be easily solved. They need a maintenance person in to take care of the lighting in the house as well. Several light switches didn't work, we are thinking there were a number of light bulbs burned out. Again an easy fix if they would just do it.
