Whole apartment with 3 large rooms, a large living room and private parking for what I thought is a fair price.
Location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood, just a regular building, doesn't look very well from the outside.
The apartment itself requires some renovation. Nothing catastrophic, but definitely could have been better.
Only one bathroom, with one additional toilet, less recommended for more than 4 guests.
On top of that the stream in the shower is VERY weak, and should be taken care of!
The windows do not seal any of the outside noise, so be prepared to wake up in the morning for the daily noises of a residential area - cars beeping, motorcycles passing and the next door store daily routines.... Not recommended for those who like sleeping till the later hours.

Size is a biggest plus - 3 bedrooms and a very big saloon.
Appartment is on 3rd floor, there is a lift.
In general property is in the center of the city. A lot of restaurants around.
Distance to everything. 35 minutes walk to the beach. On the other hand there is possibility to see much more around.
