Melia Suits apartment 31B is very comfortable, bright and very well equipped. The communication with the host was great, they are very kind and responsive. There is a reserved parking spot for the apartment near the building which is a great bonus. There is a big supermarket AlphaMega just across the street, so it is very convenient for getting groceries.
The hot water in not really reliable. The main water heater are solar panels which works great during the sunny days, but if the day wasn't so sunny, or later in the evening there is no hot water. There is a manual water heater in the apartment that you can turn on, but it is not working very well. If you are having a shower later in the evening you may run out of hot water as it happened to me twice. Also, there are two apartments door to door and sound isolation is not very good. On our first night (it was a Saturday) there was a party in the apartment next door and although they did turn down the music volume, we could still hear the noise up to 3am, be aware of this if you are coming with a family or need peace and quit.

Já fiquei algumas vezes nos apartamentos Melia Suítes, e sempre está impecável, limpeza e cheiro, eu amo o amaciante que eles usam nas roupas de cama. A anfitriã Roxana é uma querida, sempre me responde rápido e me auxilia quando tenho dúvidas. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

The apartment is located in an old building, which was not mentioned anywhere. The sound insulation is terrible — you can hear everything, and it was impossible to sleep due to the noise!
The washing machine is old and smells awful inside — it clearly needs to be replaced a long time ago.
The hygiene products provided were extremely low quality — it honestly felt like dish soap was used instead of proper toiletries!
