Huge beautiful apartment with three separate bedrooms, hidden in a 15th century "traboules."
How to obtain the key to the door on Rue du Beouf was not clear. Without this critical key, you cannot access the apartment. We arrived early, and had to communicate with too many intermediaries through too many different platforms: Booking.com, WhatsApp, the apartment owner, several people at AllinLyon. Finally we got the key but only after writing many messages and visiting the AllinLyon office. Everyone was very friendly, but communication was difficult. Luckily we found a nice restaurant nearby to eat and store our luggage while we continued our efforts to get the key.

Great location, apartment was bright and spacious.
Mould on bathroom ceiling and one of the lights was broken (bathroom dark). General cleanliness was poor, it gave the impression that the apartment was ‘wiped’ down and not thoroughly cleaned. We left our luggage there at 1500 (same time cleaners arrived), they were done by 1600 which definitely wasn’t enough time to thoroughly clean a large 3 bedroom apartment.
