Emma met us when we got to the property. She was very kind and helpful. It is located in the older part of town. There are a lot of steps but the view is absolutely amazing.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. It’s in a perfect location; very walkable to so much that Lyon has to offer. It was very comfortable for our party - two adults our three kids (ages 15, 15, and 10). (Do note there is walking up hills or stairs, so may be a bit difficult for someone with mobility challenges). We absolutely loved our stay, and can’t recommend this home enough. Thank you!

If you want an unparalleled view over the rooftops of Vieux Lyon, admire original terra cotta floors, wooden beams and plaster walls, consider this listing! It is very old with it’s peculiarities- both W/Cs are on the main level; one outside the main bedroom and the other off the kitchen. The second main bedroom, a large family bath/ shower room and a great kids’ area/playroom/bedroom are on the lower level. There is no toilet on the lower level. The furnishings are eclectic- ranging from mid-century modern light fixtures to the wash basin in the second toilet which my husband and I could not agree if it was a sink or not. The fridge, induction stove/ oven and dishwasher are modern.
Emmanuelle is a lovely lady who was very approachable and freely offered her help and recommendations.
This is clearly a well loved family home, a little long in the tooth, with little quirks - but it is not for those who demand a sterile domicile!

Our family had a wonderful time at Emma's unique apartment in Old Lyon. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful view, relaxed accommodation and wonderful garden. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Emma was very easy to contact and gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants and local attractions. As other reviewers have noted, the stairs can be a challenge, but this apartment is worth the climb!
