Pokój mały, ale mimo wszystko dość przestronny, mały balkon. Bardzo miły i bezproblemowy kontakt.
Mimo lokalizacji dość daleko od centrum w pokoju było... bardzo głośno. Obiekt zajmuje całe piętro kamienicy, ale nie ma głównych drzwi na piętrze, a poszczególne pokoje dzielą drzwi mieszkalne (a nie frontowe), więc słyszalny był każdy hałas od otwarcia drzwi wejściowych po włączany prysznic wspólnej łazienki. Jeśli ktoś ma słaby sen, to raczej się nie wyśpi :) Nie wiadomo na jak głośnych sąsiadów się trafi, więc dobra baza raczej na krótki pobyt.

Posizionato in zona tranquilla e silenziosa lontano dal centro ma a due passi dalla stazione Campo di Marte, da dove è possibile prendere il treno che in 5 minuti porta alla stazione centrale di Santa Maria Novella. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e trattorie raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi.
La stanza è piuttosto essenziale, ma pulita. Mancano diversi confort come: una coperta e cuscini extra, un porta asciugamani in bagno, grucce x appendere gli abiti (nonostante ci sia un grande armadio ma è vuoto). La doccia risulta scomoda perché il soffione troppo grande e pesante per essere appeso e il coperchio del wc non si mantiene aperto a causa della casetta dell’acqua troppo in avanti. All’arrivo la stanza era fredda e con i termosifoni spenti. La colazione non è inclusa. Il proprietario fornisce sconti del 10% per fare colazione nei bar vicini. Peccato che un bar apre alle 10.30 di mattina!
