The house was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did have a hiccup with plumbing but the host came in the next day and resolved the issue without question. Very accommodating and pleasant.
The neighborhood is not the greatest area. But it is quiet. And it is an old house, so the floors (especially the stairs) are very creeky/ noisy. Unavoidable though and not what I would say is real issue.

I loved that the 8 of us were able to stay together. We had family from Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin get together for our stay. Craig was informative and helpful! He was just a text message away. The house was so beautiful, accommodating and near all our excursions we planned
It was difficult to get delivery to the place.. the area was a little intimidating after dark (but we are from suburbia....)dont get me wrong, we felt safe during our stay, just not used to not getting delivery at all hours. :-) thats the only inconvenience we truly had.

The location was very convenient and easy to access Niagara Falls attractions, both USA and Canada. The house, though old, was well maintained and very well cleaned and stocked.
It would have been great if there was another bathroom. The kitchen was adequate, but it would be challenging to make meals for a group.

Discription on the website don't reflect property.
It should clearly mention that it has one full bath and one half bath. No secured lock to upstairs balcony door. No secured parking, it has only street parking.
