POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA farmhouse with swimming pool in the heart of Tuscany
RED the apartment is located in the “Poggio alla Cavalla” farmhouse located in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace.
RED the apartment is inside the property, where there is the garden, the swimming pool with large panoramic terrace and private parking.
RED the apartment is located on the ground floor, independent entrance, (1 bedroom with double bed + a single bed). It is equipped with: heating, air conditioning, TV, Free-Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and outside a private veranda equipped with a 3-seater sofa, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The interior of the apartment is composed of:
- Living room with kitchen equipped with 4-burner induction hob, sink, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, uppers with crockery (6 people), plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils for cooking, tea towels and tablecloths, table, chairs.
- The bedroom with double bed and a single bed (with sheets and blankets) furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and chest of drawers.
- The bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towels for all guests.
- The apartment is equipped with a clothesline, iron and ironing board.
The farmhouse offers guests a washing machine.
The apartment has a shared garden and outside a private covered veranda, equipped with a 3-seater sofa, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
There is also a parking space available for guests in the private courtyard of the farmhouse.
Reserved for customers only THE POOL (12x6 m - open from 25.04 to 06.10) with its panoramic TERRACE which extends around the pool and is equipped with shower and deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and tables.
Shops - Within 2-3 km there are supermarkets and shops, a bank, post office, pharmacy, medical service, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, etc. etc.
Given the privileged geographical position of the farm, it is possible to undertake daily excursions to visit the tourist, cultural and art centers of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and the beach of sand from Versilia.
