We had 8 people in our group and the house was perfect. The house and backyard are amazing. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

The house is exactly as described! It has everything you need whether you plan to take advantage of the amenities of the property or touring the surrounding wine country, or alittle of both. Joe was a great host, available and responsive to a few questions that we had. The house has a keurig and basic spices like salt/pepper and brita water jugs in the fridge. I would stay here again for sure next time I am in Sonoma.

We loved our 2-night stay. We especially loved that each person in our group had their own bedroom (and bathroom). The house is beautifully designed with comfortable beds and couches. The living/dining room has gorgeous massive ceilings. We also loved the huge dining table for meals/games, etc. The aesthetic throughout the house was right up the alley of our group. Everything you need is provided and has been thoughtfully curated. Every room was well-appointed and very clean.The hot tub and pool were fantastic to enjoy. One thing to note is if you opt-in for the extra charge of having the pool heated, it still felt too cold for most of us. Joe the owner mentioned it was heated to 84 degrees. He was very responsive with each question we reached out about.Another thing to be mindful of is that there are close neighbors on the hot tub side of the fence. It seems they are very sensitive to noise. We tried our best to be careful of our voices, but probably lost track after enjoying some good wine. I mention it in case your group wants a place to really let loose, play music and hang out late, you'll need to do that indoors or find a more remote VRBO.That said, it is totally a 5-star rental all the way. We were super happy with our choice to book there. Bottom line is each person in our group at some point over the weekend decided they never wanted to leave. We hope to rent it again next year for a longer stay.
