Set on 2.5 private acres, the outdoor experience is the heart of the property. Enjoy a 40x20 saltwater pool, spa, expansive lounging areas, and multiple spaces designed for gathering. Grill and dine al fresco under open Sonoma skies, unwind around the fire table, or relax in shaded seating beneath mature trees. A full outdoor pool bathroom (third full bath) adds comfort and convenience for long summer days outside.
In cooler months, cozy up on the covered deck, gather around the fire pit or indoor fireplace, and take in breathtaking sunrises, moonrises, and wide-open views.

Inside, the home offers generous living spaces ideal for groups and families. The fully equipped kitchen and bar area make entertaining effortless, while lawn games, pool loungers, and a classic tree swing add playful charm.
Stay active in the private home gym featuring free weights, a Peloton bike, and integrated audio system. An EV charger is included for guest use.
The home also features a complete water filtration, UV sanitization, softener, and reverse osmosis system, so the water tastes as good as the wine.

Beautiful house that fit our 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Hosts were great and house was well appointed. Will have to come back in summer to enjoy the pool!

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy an extended long weekend! The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Very nice pool. The home is very comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. Communication was very quick and punctual - Every bit of this vacation was just easy and perfect! Thanks.
