About this space
This well-presented apartment is located near Market Square in the centre of Sleaford, yet still has the advantage of being set away from the main road, making it a peaceful place to stay.
There is fast WIFI and smart TVs in every room for guest to enjoy an array of apps including Netflix.
It is a 5 minute walk to the train station with fast transport links to Lincoln, Grantham, Peterborough and London.
A number of highly rated restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance.
The space
You first enter the apartment in to the hallway with the bright, open plan living room and Kitchen on your right and two bedrooms down the hallway to the left, one boasting a comfortable queen size bed and the other with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath with showerhead over and guests can enjoy complimentary toiletries. There is a seating area at the front of the apartment with a secure garden.

Excellent! This place is lovely. Would use again tomorrow! Communication was easy and the place is very nice and well stocked. Parking outside the door which was a bonus and was free. Access was easy aswell. A real winner!

The property was perfect for our needs. All appliances were in working order. Within walking distance to all the amenities. Netflix. Good communications with the agents. A few broken slats on the bed and a blocked kitchen drain, but the drain was sorted after a few days and we managed to sort out the slats. Thank you.
