Pretty location, clean hotel, friendly helpful happy staff
Shower was cold and the mattress was really hard, was also disappointed to go use the swimming pool and find out we had to pay after seeing it was free on booking the hotel, I did complain about it and we got a free swim and use of the spa but this needs to be updated on all websites as it’s not the cheapest hotel to stay at especially when breakfast also isnt included in the price, also wouldn’t recommend for a couple wanting a peaceful break away as it is very family oriented which is lovely and definitely will return with my kids someday as they will love it

Loved the remote location and extreme weather swings on a 15min cycle
Felt that for the money, a few more things could have been included in the base package. Maybe breakfast and pool access/golf although

Location.
Staff were friendly.
Enjoyed the food.
Even though we explicitly messaged multiple times we'd be late arrivals, and our rough arrival time, the night porter took some tracking down to get our room key.
Hard mattresses.
No hot water first morning. After discovering it was hotel wide and not just our room, nothing more was said.
Small room hampered by lack of storage or surfaces to put gear on.
Old TV system, should be able to stream or cast my own paid subscriptions.
