Comfortable and spacious apartment on the top floor, is suitable to meet the needs of the average stay - long duration, both for short use. It consists of a double bedroom, a cozy living room - with kitchenette - where you can equip n. 2 beds, unique amenities, an entrance and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the whole apartment is air conditioned and has an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. From the living room window you can enjoy a pleasant view of the park of the hotel.
The entire property has been completely renovated recently and offers accommodation in a comfortable and cozy at the same time reserved. We accept payments with credit cards. Finally very welcome guests with the wide park and the indoor parking facilities, access to which is protected by automatic gate.

A most enjoyable stay. There are 6 possibilities here and we took the top level (mansard). Very quiet indeed, and comfortable, with the kitchen made welcome by Roberta having breakfast goods ready for us. Recommended for anyone who'd like to tour the cities all around, such as Sabionetta, Parma of course, Bologna and Cremona.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Colorno. The online photos really depict the property well. We stayed in the top floor and it was comfortable, quiet and complete with all the conveniences. The building has multiple apartments and some share a downstairs kitchen, but we had our own kitchen. Everything was clean, well designed and nicely done. The only drawback was having to carry the luggage up all the stairs. Roberta was very prompt, nice and helpful. She made the laundry facilities available and that was great.
The location of this property was selected because it was outside of Parma, and that worked pretty well. The driving is fairly easy, but there are so many roundabouts that it takes awhile to get anywhere. Colorno has some grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences, but otherwise there's not much to offer. It's a good base to explore the area with many castles and small villages and about 20 minutes from Parma.
Overall this place was a good value and a fine stay.

I had originally booked the apartment at La Meridiana but something came up and It wasn't available. Roberta offered us joining rooms and the community kitchen to accommodate our family. Things happen for a reason and everything worked out great! Having my coffee in the cute kitchen downstairs gave me an opportunity to speak more extensively with Roberta (and gave me the opportunity to speak French). I also had an opportunity to meet other guests from Turino who offered me restaurant recommendations.
The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. Roberta and Cesare want their guests to feel like they are at home and they succeed. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for breakfast including several Italian moka makers. In addition the wifi was easy to access and very fast.
Colorno is certainly an out of way town but it worked well for us to conclude our European vacation at La Meridiana Affittacamere.

We were an Australian family travelling by car (1 older teen) and stayed with Roberta and Cesare's accommodation. They were very helpful and welcoming. . It was comfortable, clean, secure, wifi was good, and spacious enough for three of us (teen on the sofa bed). Kitchen was provisioned with equipment, AC was good and the windows (for us australians) had mosquito screens (which was nice). It was easy to walk into Colorno for gelato, supermarkets etc, and to take the train into Parma. We had a car so were able to enjoy the pleasures of the surrounding region including the many castles in the region (TorreChiara, Fontellanato). For a long day, we took a train to the Cinque Terra and enjoyed visiting the colourful villages on the coast. We'd recommend it, and this accommodation
