Charming country house with pool ( with a total of 6 apartments, see also IEC102) nestled in the beautiful Emilian hills and only 3 km from the famous thermal baths of Salsomaggiore. The vacation accommodation is located on the first floor, has a separate entrance with a beautiful covered terrace for your outdoor meals and with stunning views of the countryside. Guests have at their disposal communal spacious green areas for sunbathing and a pool. The location is ideal to discover the area and its typical products such as Parmesan cheese, cured meats and wine. For art history lovers, about 3 km away awaits ?the Route of the Castles of the Duchy? with the ancient Scipione Castle (11th century), where frescoes and furnishings from the 17th century are well preserved. From the lodging several paths lead to the Via Francigena, and less than 2 km away is the Storione Natural Park, where you can watch birds. On request: 1 extra bed or a crib, included in the price. Only 32 km away is the city of Parma, the city of music and theater with Toscanini's birthplace and museum, the ? Casa del Suono? and last but not least the Teatro Regio, built at the request of Empress Maria Luigia and inaugurated in 1829, which is still one of the most famous theaters in the world. Bologna 110 km; Firenze 220 km; Genova 195 km. In the internal restaurant (occasionally open on Saturday and Sunday) you can enjoy local dishes. The restaurant is used for wedding ceremonies. The last 200 meters of the asphalt access road are sometimes bumpy.

Posto bellissimo, adatto a chi cerca tranquillità. Appartamento carino, ma purtroppo poco vivibile a causa della mancanza delle zanzariere. Non abbiamo potuto lasciare porta e finestre aperte perché entravano tantissime mosche, api e zanzare. Inoltre la stanza doppia al piano superiore mansardato necessita di climatizzatore. Vi è una finestra con apertura esclusivamente basculante e senza zanzariera. Insomma, con poche accortezze, la casa sarebbe l'ideale. Complimenti invece al custode della piscina, Luigi! Educato e disponibile. Piscina impeccabile!

bel appartement mais :
- la cloison de douche devrait être refaite
- les ustensiles de cuisines sont au minimum ( ex uniquement 2 verres de vins, pas de plats alant au four ..)
- un prix complet dès le départ inclaunt les divers (draps, nettoyage, consommation gaz )serait mieux
