Brak w pokoju czajnika, filiżanek, może mini ekspresu co jest teraz standardem - po całodniowym pobycie na skoczni nie mieliśmy możliwości napić się ciepłego czegokolwiek ani w pokoju ani w restauracji „hotelowej” - była zajęta przez grupy, oczywiście alkohol jest dla ludzi ale z dzieckiem nie było jak wejść i normalnie skorzystać; choćby część stolików w bocznej salce dla gości hotelu byłaby super rozwiązaniem

Das Frühstücksbüffet hat alle glücklich, satt und sehr zufrieden gemacht. Die Frühstücks-Dame war überaus freundlich, hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt und hat Ihre Arbeit sehr aufmerksam & motiviert erledigt. Das Restaurant Surc war immer gut besucht von Einheimischen & Gästen, das Menü lässt keine Wünsche offen und Preis/Leistung war mehr als stimmig. Für Wintersportler ist diese Gegend ein Traum: Jeder Langläufer, Skifahrer, Skibergsteiger, Winterspaziergänger & ... findet seinen Lieblingsplatz / -tour. Die Einheimischen sind sehr hilfsbereit, viel sprachig und offen dem Gast Ihr schönes Slowenien zu zeigen.
Wir sind wunschlos glücklich und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
