Instructions for parking and check in very clear. Stylish. Fantastic location.
Staff only available 9-1 and 2-6. Checked in after 6 and no AC and no way to ask. Brand new, but redone on the cheap so some things broke (eg toilet flusher fell off wall).

Excellent location directly in the old town of Udine. With private parking in 5 minutes walking distance, travelling there by car is easy enough. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenette and provided coffee and tea options are more than adequate. Check-in and general handling was very helpful and friendly. The room was also quiet during the night.
Unfortunately, immediately when entering the room and for the whole evening after, a smell of drainage pervaded the whole apartment. Closing the door to the small bathroom helped a little, but the smell never went away. In the morning, we didn't notice it anymore - so either we become conditioned or the problem went away.
