TV was older and did not have internet access. Location would be difficult with mobility issues

Wonderful surroundings. Greenery, calm and beautiful place. The apartment has everything you need. Nice terrace. Dedicated parking place.
A little bit far away from the grocery or cafe or restaurants - 20 minutes walk. But that's the price for a calm, green and beautiful place, and a stunning view to the lake, dedicated terrace and parking place.

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut, au calme (aucun bruit) avec une superbe vue sur le lac de Côme. Appartement peu frais en ce printemps. Très propre. Bonne literie. Place de parking. Le matin avec le soleil, le petit déjeuner en terrasse est top. Contact facile (en anglais)

* Proximité de Menaggio (tous commerces, restaurants, embardère...) : à 5mn en voiture, possible en 30mn à pied
* Vue dégagée sur le lac
* Place parking réservée
* Accueil : la personne nous a conduit le premier soir, et fait visiter Menaggio en voiture
* La route en contrebas n'est pas gênante
* La literie décevante, on est loin des standards de qualité que l'on peut attendre d'une location de ce prix :
le matelas 2 personnes est 10cm moins large que le sommier, oreillers très durs, couvertures et tête de lit "has been"
* la location est le RDJ d'une maison habitée au dessus : on profite des bruits de sanitaires tôt le matin (5 ou 6h)
* Atmosphère générale et équipements un peu vieillots
* Accès qui peut être difficile pour certaines personnes : besoin de marcher plus de 50m (petite pente, escalier) pour rejoindre l'entrée de la location
