You will find yourself in the heart of the historic downtown in beautiful Marietta, OH. You'll be within just footsteps of the best shopping and dining that Marietta has to offer! Our apartment is newly remodeled and features exposed brick walls throughout the apartment, lots of natural light, as well as a comfortable queen bed, a full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. We include a parking space for the lot directly across from the apartment as well.
Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Marietta, the area is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and attractions. Our apartment is within walking distance of it all.

Loved staying here! The property is just as advertised. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfy, and the location is great. I did have to sweep the kitchen floor when I arrived but other than that it was clean. I would stay here again.

We love staying right downtown and that's what this apartment was. Convenient parking, comfy bed, nice big shower. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Stairs and a long hallway once you get into the building, but very well lit and safe.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for an overnight visit to Marietta. We loved being right in the middle of the downtown area with so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. The space was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We liked how it was decorated and felt at home. We would definitely enjoy staying here again during future visits. Our only requests are that there be more light fixtures/warmer lights installed in the living area (it felt pretty dim and cold after dark), as well as change out the toilet seat so that it fits the toilet bowl and doesn't slide around (kinda unpleasant to sit on). Anyway! Thanks for a great VRBO! We'll recommend it to our friends and family.
