House was as expected. Little things would have made it better, but overall everything was great. No complaints about the house or owner, but Uber has not fully hit Marietta yet. If planning on enjoying downtown area late night you should stay in walking distance to campus.

Great set up. Very clean and cozy. Great emenities...coffee, toiltries, clean towels... wonderful experience.

The house smelled musky as if had mold in it. Water pressure was poor for both toilet and Shower. The upstairs bedroom looked as if was under construction. The parking was poor. Moreover, the back yard had dog poop in it with fallinglimbs . Homeowners tried to charge me an additional cleaning fee. Would not recommend.
