About this apartment rental
Nestled in the fascinating mountain world of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, our flats offer a refined and exclusive ambience.
The Apartament Montaniola consists of a cosy living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer. The holiday flat has an east-facing balcony and a south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the village of Ortisei and the surrounding mountains.
A car park is available. Free entry to the public indoor and outdoor swimming pool ‘Mar Dolomit’ in Ortisei.
The house is about a 15-minute walk from the village centre of Ortisei. The Rasciesa and Seceda lifts are in the immediate vicinity.
Both in winter and in summer, there is a free bus service that takes you to the centre or to the lifts several times a day.

Wonderful property, beautiful location with stunning views of Sasso Lungo and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic holiday in Ortisei. Easy to walk down into the village via the paths and ski lift escalators. Close to Seceda and the Sella Ronda. Lovely, bustling village with lots of tourists. The apartment was well equipped, clean, warm and very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We went to the pool most days and did some fabulous walks and visits to the refugios/huts. Highly recommended! Thank you so much.

A most enjoyable stay in this excellent apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The views were spectacular and the town amazing. We would be very happy to return to Appartamento Montaniola in the future.

We had a great time in Ortisei, the host offering bus and pool passes was a plus! Seems like a lot of the houses in the town are uphill, and very little free parking in town. Would definitely recommend using those bus passes. The apartment was located uphill on narrow roads so I would recommend having a small car. We walked back up to the apartment after a visit to Seceda and it wasn't bad at all. The apartment could use more kitchen essentials but nothing we couldn't work around. The host was very kind helping us whenever we reached out!
