* Nice location. Plenty of walking routes in the area, within a few minutes drive
* Fully equipped with kitchen, utensils
* Parking at location
* The view from the room is beautiful, you see a range of mountains
* host don't speak other than German and Italian, communication can be difficult if you don't speak one of the languages
* Wi-fi is hardly working
* Old building. Heating/cooling take a long time (for room temperature and shower).
* No card /digital payment, only cash payment

The location was perfect and very close to many places we wanted to go. Also the room was very spacious and had a full kitchen/dining/living area which we weren’t expecting! The host was very nice and immediately welcomed us.
There were some small things that would have made our stay/trip more convenient, but we were not expecting to be provided with as much as we were so there are no major complaints! We were very pleased with our stay.

Appartamento ben riscaldato, ottimo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto.
L'appartamento è delizioso, ha anche un terrazzino, è dotato di cucina, e di tutto ciò che serve compreso frigo e lavastoviglie.
C'era di tutto, veramente completo,
ma avrei voluto trovare una macchinetta del caffè con le cialde.
Vorrei che fosse specificato nelle note che gli animali hanno un sovrapprezzo di 15 euro al giorno, invece genericamente si dice che "potrebbe essere richiesto sovrapprezzo".
