About this villa rental
Villa Kotare is unique in that it is one villa split into 2 separate units, each unit with its own entrance, making it ideal for two groups of 6 people wanting to enjoy a holiday together but also benefitting from having separate living space.
We are happy to rent the entire property out as a 3-bedroom property during the months of May, June, September and October. We would offer a reduced rate. If this is of interest to any customers please contact us for the rates.

6 bedrooms comprising of Ground floor (1 Master ensuite with King-size four poster bed, 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Top Floor bedrooms replicate Ground floor.
4 bathrooms comprising of Ground floor master bathroom with wet room shower, bath, sink and WC; 2nd large family bathroom including wetroom shower, twin sinks and WC. There is also a further communal WC with handbasin.
Upstairs unit bathrooms replicate ground floor.
There are two identical fully equipped and modern kitchens with a vast array of appliances and utensils including juicer, food processor, coffee press, dish washer, washing machine and table linen to make your stay feel like you are "home from home",
Two open-plan family living area with log fireplaces.
2 x 40 inch flat screen TVs (one to each sitting room) with newly-installed system offering all premium UK and worldwide channels, radio and a whole host of extras.
Two new front-loading washing machines, 2 iron-boards and irons. All bed linen and towels are provided however not beach towels.
Wooden deck and screened patio to ground floor with patio seating to top floor (with mountain views).
Off-street secure parking for two vehicles with additional on-street parking.

Ideal property for our group. A great location, 15 min walk from dalyan centre.Very responsive and helpful maintenance/management team. Good size pool that gets sun all day.

Well equipped and plenty of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is a good size but not graduated in depth. This wasn't a problem for us however. Inevitably there are mosquitos so come prepared. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood approximately 10-15 min walk to the centre so well located.

Property was as seen on the webpage. Beautiful villa, very well furnished. Wardrobe space was excellent, very comfortable beds. Each apartment had their own entrance gate and door, and as a family we used the large dining area on the ground floor balcony to meet for lunch and meals. The kids loved the pool and swing seat in the side garden. The kitchens were very well equipped if you prefer to cook. The villa was only a 10 minute walk to the turtle roundabout, and the nearest supermarkets are less than that. The host,Huseiyn, was terrific, very helpful but not intrusive and only a phone call away if needed. He had organized a welcome pack for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The pool area was looked after well by another Hussein who was also very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to be able to do it again in the future.

5 minutes walk to micros supermarket which is the beginning of bars / restaurants / shopping. Lovely Villa and Pool which was enjoyed by all
