Is was very clean, and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable.
The only negative thing was that the AC in our room didn't work. We only stayed for one night, so we slept with the windows open. It was perfectly fine.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a kind of American apartment with attached parking. The apartment was clean, very spacious, organized and tidy with plenty of storage areas and equipped with a full kitchen. The apartment included a closet and storage cabinets in the entrance area with hanging space and a place to put shoes. Bathroom + shower, another bathroom, quite spacious kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms.
The accommodation at the hotel was perfect for us - the hotel staff was nice and courteous, the breakfast was very rich, varied and quite luxurious.
The location of the hotel is perfect - near the hotel you can find everything restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and more. And of course the highlight is a 5 minute drive from Europa Park!!!
In terms of value for money - we got above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely like to go back there again!!!
Breakfast until 10:00 and there were days when we got up a little late after long and busy days. When you arrive at 09:40 they already start folding things and closing access to the dining area which is a bit annoying and makes you feel like they want you to finish quickly and vacate the place. If they would move the breakfast times towards 11:00 I think it would be perfect.
