Here is what i care about - service and cleanliness.
1) Service was exceptional , cant fault them and they arranged my early morning taxi with a note left on my desk.
2) Very clean rooms and beds
3) Bottles of water
4) Simple room service food
5) Great morning buffet breakfast - hot and cold food with drinks.
What can be improved:
1) 1st floor rooms a bit noisy from slamming doors and loud voices
2) There is a sewer smell from the shower gutter - needs to be bleached
3) No kettle and free coffee/tea - this is a minimum for the price!
