Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just 4 km from the city walls of Lucca, CASABEPPE is a charming country house, completely renovated with original materials and equipped with modern comforts.
The structure, a 400 years old Farmhouse, is composed of two completely independent parts : a private family part and the other one destined to the exclusive use of the Guests of the Holiday House with 2 adjacent Apartments CARLO and ILARIA, the big Garden of 10000 sqm and the Private Salt Swimming Pool with Whirpool of 5x14 mt, depth 1,40 mt, in fenced area equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and big pergola.
The 2 Holiday Apartments are also ideal for 2 or 3 Families or groups of Friends who travel together and want to spend their vacations in serenity and relaxation without giving up their Privacy.
_ CARLO APARTMENT [140 sqm on 2 floors . Kitchen ,4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ]
GROUND FLOOR : large living area with Sofa and Fireplace, Kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge - Freezer, Stove, Microwave and Electric Oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Moka, American Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, large table, Washing machine,Satellite TV.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area; 1 Triple Bedroom with private bathroom, 1 Double/Double Bedroom with private bathroom, 1 Bathroom with shower and disabled facilities.
Access to private outdoor area with gazebo, barbecue and small private garden.
FIRST FLOOR : A convenient internal staircase provides access to the First Floor, where there is 1 Double/Double Room, 1 Bedroom with French Bed, 1 Bathroom with shower.
_ ILARIA APARTMENT [ 85 sqm on 2 floors. kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ].
GROUND FLOOR : Entrance with hallway, small bathroom with shower.
Living area with Sofa and Fireplace, Kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge - Freezer, Stove, Microwave and Electric Oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Moka, American Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, large table. Washing machine. Satellite TV.
Access to private outdoor area with gazebo, tables and barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR : an internal staircase leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms with French bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed.
All Bedrooms have Air Conditioning, operated by remote control. The temperature is calibrated according to the limits imposed by local regulations.
The Facility therefore has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
A total of 14 Sleeps, with a maximum capacity of 10 adults and up to 4 children under the age of 12.
Free and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the Structure and outside including Pool area.
Outdoor wood-burning oven. Wood is provided free of charge on site.
Soccer and volleyball areas.
Vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and fruits grown by the owners and available to Guests.
The Facility has spaces for convenient parking of your cars.

We had an amazing holiday. Perfect location just outside Lucca with good access to motorways to get around Tuscany.Our group comprised three families and the layout of the villa worked perfectly - we each ended up with our own areas and weren't in each others pockets. Given we had six young children between us, this was something of a miracle!The pool is really lovely, fenced, gated and far enough away from the house that its not too tempting for little people. The villa also has a huge garden, with table tennis, volleyball and a football pitch; as well as a couple of BBQs. Plenty to keep everyone entertained.I would also highly recommend the private chef Francesco. He is very talented and more than happy to customise the menus if you need to. His food was so good that we asked him to come back and cook for us again! Twice in one week might just be a record.

Excellent property with a great pool. Host was welcoming and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Near Lucca and bus at the bottom of the road. Very clean and enjoyed a meal by Chef Fransceso. Would go again!

Our family of 12 loved our time at Casabeppe. Marco our host was the best. He cleaned the beautiful pool everyday and helped us in so many ways. The house with the 2 separate living spaces really worked out well. We'd go back to Casabeppe in a minute. Thankyou Marco.

The house is very nice, spacious with nice bedrooms. Very pleasant to have airconditioning! The garden is enormous, well maintained with nice sitting area's by the house as well as by the pool. From the terrace you have a nice view on the tuscan hills. The kitchen is well equipped with a good stove and plenty of utensils. The owner is very friendly and in they provide good information about nearby restaurants or in the city. Lovely to find fresh vegetables from the garden delivered by Carlo!
A supermarket is nearby and Lucca is within easy reach by bike or by car (free parking near the city walls). The property looks exactly as shown in the pictures, or maybe even better. Very recommendable!
