The cottage called "Blue" for 4 people is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
1 large living room with lounge with fireplace (wood stove).
1 kitchen open to living room and furnished (LV, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, hotplates, Oven...).
1 bathroom
1 separate WC
1 laundry area (washing machine and dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron...)
Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200),
1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200),
1 bathroom,
1 separate toilet
Floor heating on the ground floor and radiator in the bedrooms.
Exterior:
1 covered and private garden furniture with stone barbecue.
Deckchairs available in the garden shared by 3 houses
In Brennilis, near Huelgoat and its sublime forest of legends, in the heart of Finistère, you are ideally placed to discover all of Finistère from North to South and from East to West

The cottage was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and very accommodating and informative about places to visit (though only in French. However, there is an English couple who live nearby who can translate for English speakers). As my English phone did not work at first, we spent an anxious few minutes after arrival as check-in had to be by phone call. VRBO answered my call, but my phone cut off. Finally we were able to contact our host using my wife's mobile, much to our relief. Thereafter everything went well.

The property is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very spacious. It is well-equipped and having two bathrooms was particularly useful. There is a small terrace with outdoor table and chairs. The nearest town is Huelgoat (10 mins drive) where there is a supermarket, bakery and other shops.
The hosts Gi and Jacques are very friendly and acccommodating and living next door to the property, they are always on hand should there be a problem.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this gite to others looking to spend time in a central location in Brittany. We would certainly return in the future.
