About this house rental
At the foot of the Plounéour-Trez water tower, this stone house is located one kilometer from the sandy beaches and 300m from the shops (bakery, bar / tobacco / press, grocery store, etc.).
The house is semi-detached with that of the owners.
Capacity 2 to 6 people
Ground floor: bright living room with large family table, open kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet).
1st floor: relaxation area, large master bedroom (a 140/190 bed)
2nd floor: large dormitory area with 4 beds (90/190).
Garden with terrace and large courtyard.
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, tea towels and hand and bath towels are provided.
Children: cot, high chair, bath, deckchair, stroller ... (free of charge and on request).
Books for children and adults, games for children and board games available (so no television !!!)
Hobbies :
Tourist office in the village.
Sports field and games for children at 200 m, sandy beaches and nautical activities at 1 km (sand yachting, kite-surfing, paddle, megakraft, kayaking, water walking, fishing on foot ...)
bike tours (bike rental in the village).
GR 34 along the town (the gr34 passes in front of the house!).
possibility of bicycle rental at the tourist office.
Golf: courses at Plouescat (9 holes), Carantec (9 holes) and Saint Urbain (18 holes).
Local markets all week (Kerlouan, Brignogan, Lesneven, Plouescat)
Visits:

Maripol und René were great and kind hosts. We had a warm welcome and the rooms are cozy and very nicely furnished. Our kids loved the attic with all the toys and books :)
The neighborhood is quiet and the bakery and grocery store are just a few hundred meters away. We will definitely visit again.

Unsere Gastgeberin Maripol hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räume haben eine gute Größe, sind angenehm eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Ort war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (vornehmlich per Auto) und Spaziergänge zum Dorf und zum Strand. Es gibt einen Bäcker um die Ecke, einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Den Weg zurück findet man immer leicht, wegen der Lage direkt am Wasserturm ;) Die Anfahrt durch die enge Gasse war etwas spannend, aber unser Campingbus hat es jedes Mal unbeschadet geschafft.

We had a lovely few days here. The holiday home has a lovely ground floor with view to the courtyard along with all facilities. The very spacious bedrooms are upstairs.It is just a few minutes walk to get bread in the morning. In late September the area is very quiet so we had a few days exploring the beautiful north Brittany coast.Thanks to Maripol for the cake, cider and jam.
