This delightful contemporary house rests in Widemouth Bay, Cornwall and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.
Atlantic Reach is a lovely contemporary house nestled in Widemouth Bay, Cornwall. Hosting five bedrooms: one ground-floor king-size and two ground-floor twins, a first-floor king-size and a first-floor twin, able to sleep a total of ten guests. It is served by two family shower rooms and an en-suite shower room. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as Off road parking for two large cars and one small car. Atlantic Reach is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to Cornwall. Please Note: There will be building work taking place at the property next door between early September and mid-October 2025
Amenities: Oil central heating, underfloor heating, and a woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine (don’t forget your capsules!), dishwasher, washer/dryer, excellent selection of crockery, glasses, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment. Charcoal BBQ. Outdoor dining table and chairs for 10 people. Sunbeds available. Smart TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), Bose Bluetooth speaker, Pure DAB radio and X-box with two controllers,WiFi. High chair and travel cot. Two of the bedrooms have TVs. 2 x hairdryers. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring your own beach towels). Off road parking for two large cars and one small car. Enclosed lawned garden and patio. Semi-enclosed outdoor beach shower. Indoor Drying area. A maximum of two dogs are welcome. No smoking inside. Shop, cafe and pub less than 10 minutes walk. Beach just 50m from the property. Please note: The Charging of Electric Vehicles is strictly prohibited at the property although charging points are available in the locality.
