Location was fantastic everything feels new comfortable sofas and beds. Practical layout and plenty of room for our party of five lovely garden and proximity to the beach was perfect for watching sunsets and walking and for the runners in our group. We loved cocktails at Drifters and lunch at The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay. Lovely walk to West Wittering and home via The Witterings pub with its beach huts in the garden.
Could do with some ice trays and a bigger bed in the master room at a future upgrade and crockery is ready for replacement. But very minor details.

Great location, short walk to beach - but no view, pictures are quite deceptive.
We were very luckily given a later check out.
View from the front is onto a road, facing another property - no sea view.
For the cost of the property rental I would have hoped for a higher spec, the beds are small doubles - not big enough for an average couple!

Location was great as it was close to the beach, local pub and cafe.
Upstairs bathroom shower door was stiff and the shower tray a little mouldy around the deges
