Très bon emplacement. Près du terminal de croisière et l'aquarium de Gênes accessible à pied en une petite demi-heure. Vu sur le port. Superbe terrasse. Toutes les commodités. Parking couvert 10 euros par nuit. Accueil de Matteo au top!!
Juste noter que sur booking il est stipulé 2 chambres dont une avec 2 lits doubles. En fait, il y a 2 chambres avec un seul lit double chacune. Et un canapé lit dans la cuisine. Sinon tout était parfait.

Bellissimo appartamento,molto funzionale e fornito di tutto,su richiesta parcheggio in garage, posizione comoda...Andrea di una cortesia rara,consigliato anche per le famiglie con bambini,noi eravamo 4 adulti è una bambina...
Cambierei l'interruttori della luce...forse troppi 😅fino ad indovinare quello giusto 🫡

Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich - zweiter Stock eines Hochhauses mit Sicht auf den Hafen und die großen Schiffe! Es kann etwas lauter werden, da die Wohnung auch an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, aber es hat uns absolut nicht gestört. Fenster sind top isoliert! Von der sehr großen Terrasse aus gab es so abends immer etwas zu sehen und zu beobachten.
Andrea und sein Team sind wunderbare, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Er hat uns direkt persönlich begrüßt, uns in die Garage gelotst (Zusatzkosten ja, aber absolut bezahlbar für Innenstadt und das Auto ist sicher verwahrt. Andrea ist sehr entgegenkommend, wenn man etwas länger parken möchte, vielen Dank nochmal dafür).
Er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt, auch viele Zusatztipps bezüglich öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants etc hat er uns gegeben :-)
Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderbar geschnitten, überall gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Zwei Badezimmer, ein Luxus mit drei Töchtern :-)
Man ist schnell in der Stadt, wir empfehlen den Bus - in zirka 15 Minuten am alten Hafen und Aquarium (sehenswert). Zwei Linien starten direkt um das Appartement, alternativ kann man die Metro nehmen (15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station).
Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil. Uns wurden sofort Handtücher nachgeliefert (es war mein Fehler, ich hatte eine Person falsch angemeldet) und am Sonntag bekamen wir sogar das leckere Focaccia kostenlos geliefert - tausend Dank nochmal an Andrea und Nadia!
Nichts, uns hat alles gefallen!

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Przepiękny apartament. Bardzo czysty. Na plus - dwie łazienki. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni. Kawa, herbata, sucharki i dżemiki. Bardzo duży balkon przez cały apartament, jak taras. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Andrea, który po porannym przylocie pozwolił nam zostawić już bagaże w apartamencie. Cały czas był bardzo pomocny, dopytywał się czy nam nic nie brakuje. Na koniec pobytu zamówił nam transport na lotnisko .
Wszystko było cudowne.
