What a bright, clean specious apartment, friendly and helpful owners, we really had a very pleasant stay in Genova. The apartment had everything we needed, toiletries, even toothbrushes and toothpaste were included, and the hosts also included free pastries, coffee and tea. It was very clean and comfortable.
For us (we were 2) the location was perfect and we booked the apartment specifically for where it was located. However it was not in the center (about 10 minutes by public transport), also not very fast, and the area was a bit more industrial.

The property was super clean and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay feel easy and welcoming. It was also simple to reach by taxi, which made arrival stress-free. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay again!

Very clean, modern and we particularly appreciated the basket of goodies the property owners gave us. A really nice touch, especially after a long drive. The owners welcomed us in person outside and took the time to show us around in the apartment and explain things to us. Communication with the owners prior to our arrival was reliable, quick and easy. Public transportation to the touristy areas near the harbor is only a 5-minute walk away. Super easy!
There is nothing we didn’t like about the apartment itself. The only thing I’d say is a bit tricky - if you arrive by car - is the very busy intersection that the property is located at, and the parking at the building. We got lucky and got to park in front of the building for the time of unloading the car, but then had to drive the car to a nearby public parking. But we always found a spot, so no problem there. The elevator leading up to the apartment is quite small. You may need to make several trips if you have lots of luggage ;)
