This is an apt in a senior citizen's community. And it is absolutely wonderful. From the moment they greet you at reception to the time you go home, you just feel how special this place is.
There is indoor private secure parking that felt extremely secure. So if you have a car full of stuff, like we did, you can relax about it here.
The garage has an elevator that goes directly to the apt floor.
The apt is spacious and modern. It even has a cute terrace. The woman at reception was lovely. You can even do your laundry downstairs. For about €5 you can wash and dry a load of laundry in under 2 hours.
We walked to the center from there and it was really cute.
The breakfast was preset for you at your assigned table and at the time of your choosing. Per person, you received 2 pieces of baguette, a mini croissant, a mini pain au chocolate, a mini cinnamon roll, yogurt, marmelade, butter, honey, orange juice and as much coffee or tea as you wanted. The machine made it. It's included in the price and I think it's perfect for a breakfast that is included in the price.
There was also a pool table and a foosball table plus several reading nooks with tons of books.
The elderly residents are really sweet and you see them throughout. It was a lovely experience.
The only thing we didn't like is that there's a motion sensor light in the bedroom. It kept turning on so I put my suitcase in front of it to block it and covered the sensor with a hat. I think it's there for the elderly who might need it. Perhaps they could supply some tape to cover it.
We managed to block it so it was fine.
It was a really wonderful place and we felt great there. Everyone was so nice. We highly recommend it.

il n'y avait pas de seche cheveux , le soir un avait acheté et déposé dans la salle de bain.
le parking sécurisé .

Really large room, with balcony. Full kitchen with sofa area. Spotlessly clean and super friendly staff.

No tiene aire acondicionado. El desayuno es muy pobre: café, pan (sin tostar) y 3 bollitos por persona. Muy ruidoso por obras en la calle y por el calor teníamos que tener las ventanas, abiertas.
