L’emplacement de l’appartement, le lit et le canapé lit sont très confortable, le stationnement dans la rue est très facile. Si nous devons revenir dans la région, sans hésiter nous viendrons à nouveau dans cet appartement.
Peut-être ajouter des rideaux occultant pour éviter d’avoir du jour une fois les volets fermés.

Le quartier résidentiel et calme. La décoration sobre de l'appartement. La grande douche. Le lit confortable. La pièce de vie spacieuse. La climatisation dans cette pièce principale. La proximité de l'arrêt de bus de la navette qui va au Puy de Dôme.
La chambre est un peu difficile à aérer. Sinon, tout était parfait.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité des établissements thermaux de Royat mais aussi de la ligne de bus pour Clermont-Ferrand centre. Décoré avec goût.
Les aléas de la copropriété: alarme incendie défectueuse.
