Excellent location in a pittoresque, quiet neighborhood (10 min walking distance to the next supermarket)
Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed
Good communication with the owner
Impossible to open the window in the bedroom
Only 1 mirror in the bathroom, which is in my opinion not enough
Dirty iron, which left spots on my shirt and destroyed it
Isolation is not that good so we can hear everything from the neighbors living upstairs

We loved it. Close to venice beach, loved having our own space. Loved living together, netflix on the tv, clean kitchen, comfy beds. loved it

Everything, the appartment is very cozy, modern and comfortable. The bed is amazing, you have one huge smart tv in the living room and in the bedroom as well. Super well equipped.
I called Andrew when I got there because I couldn’t find the entrance and he was so nice and patient telling me all I needed to know.
I was there with a friend and we think is the best place we could find.
