Experience a month-long retreat in our stylish Santa Monica studio. Enjoy a queen bed and 2 single-foldable mattresses, perfect for flexibility and comfort. With a well-equipped kitchenette, Smart TV, and workspace, it's ideal for remote work or leisure. Conveniently located near the beach and local attractions, book now for the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.
California, Beach, Venice Beach. Located on the second floor of an apartment building. Near 12th St and Wilshire. There is an elevator in the building, and no steps are required to get to this private unit.
A $1,000 damage deposit will be applied to the guest’s account during the stay. Provided no damage is found to the house, furniture, or equipment, the full deposit will be released back to the guest’s account within 5 days after checkout.
House Rules:
1. Please refrain from playing loud music to ensure a peaceful environment. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down.
2. Maintain the unit's tranquility and cleanliness during your stay.
3. After 10 pm, kindly avoid hosting parties or playing loud music outside to respect the quiet hours and neighborhood peace.

Clean, comfy and cozy retreat, exactly as seen in photos. Host was very friendly, helpful, communicative and fast to respond to our requests and questions. Perfect location, close to beach and shopping. We loved it so much we extended our stay. We would definitely book here again.

Newly renovated studio apartment, attentive host, very clean and in the best neighborhood in Santa Monica. You can walk everywhere and are just twelve blocks from the beach and one block from stores.
