Everything! Perfect size house, large rooms, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for the town and the beach, as well as traveling around the island.
NOT THE OWNERS FAULT, but be prepared for a short walk for car parking. There is some parking on the street but it was usually busy with few if any spaces left. There is parking on nearby, adjacent streets.

The house was perfectly set for a home away from home, plenty of room for all of us and very clean and comfortable. There was actually more room than we originally thought. All essentials supplied that you never think of bringing like coffee, sugar, cooking oil, tin foil etc. And the milk and biscuits were a lovely touch. Coffee machine also a nice surprise.
Would stay again if we come back to Ryde.
The garden wasn't as secure as we were led to believe, there is a gap by the water butt leading into next door that a small-medium dog could easily fit through, but we noticed it straight away and found something we could block it up with so didn't cause any issues.
House was a little tired in places, as can be expected with holiday rentals, few areas looked unfinished so guess its a work in progress and it didn't take anything from our stay as were relatively minor.

Booking send me the wrong PIN code of the lock box. I had to contact the property owner and wait the reply later then get the correct PIN code. This is the only problem.
Same as before. Booking should double check the PIN code of the key lock box for customer with the owner of the property.
