The place is very well located, easy accessible with public transportation and for Paris standards really big. It is perfect for Workation as you have plenty of space so people can work and you are closer to the river for a morning run.
The kitchen could have more utensils. I had to buy a bottle opener during my stay (I left it there, if you’re staying after me, you’re welcome)

Superschoon en van alles voorzien! Wij waren met zijn vieren de bank lag ook prima :-) superlocatie tram 8 voor de deur en dan een treintje naar centrum Parijs! Ook stade de France uitstekend bereikbaar. Ook een veilige parkeerplaats top!
Binnenkomen was een beetje ingewikkeld vooraf even goed lezen qua codes en volgorde.

L’appartement était spacieux, propre. Il est très bien situé il y a tout à côté.

It was convenient to the T8 tram stop at Cesar which brought us to Stade de France to attend a sporting event which was the main purpose of our visit. The shower had good water pressure.
Not a lot to so or see in the area. No restaurants except for a KFC and a good bakery available close by in the local shopping centre where there is a Lidl supermarket also. There were, disappointingly, a number of poor maintenance issues throughout the property- a drawer in the bathroom missing a door ( subsequently found in the bedroom wardrobe!), broken handles in the chest of drawers in the sitting room; papers left in the drawers; one of the dining table benches top was not secured to the base and was hazardous; the freezer compartment was not cleaned (ingrained dirt visible); no cups/mugs provided- only one glass cup that could be used for tea; dirty plate left in the dishwasher; two glasses left on the draining board; the bedside light in the bedroom- the bulb base was loose /broken; the lift did not work ( not the landlords fault, but it would cause problems for those not able for the stairs)
