Достатньо хороша квартира. Гарний душ. Мікрохвильовка, холодильник з невеликою морозилкою, так що можна купити морозиво про запас. Капсульна кавомашина. Телевізор. Невеликий стіл на кухні - мало зручно для ноутбука, але розмістити можна. З хорошого - на шляху до метро знайшли кафе, де великі бутерброди по 4 евро, а це для Парижу зовсім недорого. Вночи тихо, без шуму автівок.
Поблизу тільки зупинка автобуса 10 хв, але насправді ми використовували тільки метро, а це 20 хв. до станцій (13 чи 14 гілка метро). Дуже круті дерев'яні сходи. Все це не складно, але якщо ти молодий. Немає спинки у кроваті.

Les escaliers étroits. Il restait des produits des locataires précédents ( bouteille dans le frigo, et produits dans la salle de bain)

Très proche de mon lieu de destination, calme, lit confortable. Hôte d'accueil extrêmement agréable.
Le four n'avait pas été nettoyé . Non utilisé bien que je le souhaitais. Aucun des volets ne fonctionnent dans le séjour (un reste fermé, 1 reste ouvert). Volets de la chambre OK. Le numéro indiqué n'était pas le bon, j'ai cherché et ai dû contacter la propriétaire (charmante). Lors de mon séjour la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (uniquement des chaînes nécessitant un compte, la propriétaire m'a proposé le sien).
