The location of the property was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The property was clean and easy to get into. There was plenty of space for two of us and it was fairly quiet. Our contact was prompt and professional and when there was an issue with the water heater while we there, it was taken care of right away and they made sure to call us and make sure we wouldn't be inconvenienced while they fixed it.
The outside of the property was dirty and someone had spilled the trash cans and broken bottles were on the sidewalk and steps down to the laundry area. This may have been no fault of the owner or manager and I informed them of this and they said they would take care of it right away. The only other thing was that we wished we had more towels and the thermostat was being weird and that was also addressed right away.

Location was nice. Close to incline, stadiums and strip district. Quiet neighborhood. It's Pittsburgh, how can you not enjoy it
