The holiday apartment 'Podere Nuti - 1 "La Regola"' is located in Cecina and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. The 50 m² property on the first floor features a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV. A cot is also available. Outside, you have an exclusive covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The shared outdoor area offers a pool (open from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00), garden, barbecue, and playground.
The holiday home is about 1.5 hours from Florence and Siena, 50 minutes from Volterra, and 45 minutes from Pisa International Airport. Parking is available on the property.
