Renovated 400 sq ft studio cottage. Only 5 minutes from Paoli Peaks, you can see the lights from the backyard. A community park is nearby with a walking track and woodland trail. Property is located adjacent to an old cemetery. Rural area, within 30 minutes hiking, canoeing and caving. French Lick Casino is a 15 minute drive. There is a Ring Doorbell with video recording at the door.
