A modern coastal style and freshly renovated condo located in beautiful Bloomington Indiana less than one mile from Lake Monroe. The ground floor cozy condo sits on the 18th hole of our gated community. Amenities include a king size bed, queen size bed and Ashley queen sleeper sofa, fast unlimited WiFi internet and a 50" 4K LED TV with Hulu Live. Perfect for football and basketball games, parents weekends and visits to gorgeous Lake Monroe.

We were glad to get back to Eagle Pointe and stayed for IU football weekend. Very convenient to campus, a little more space than hotel room and great area to walk in. We especially like having the clubhouse so close so didnt have to plan extra meals.

super cute and clean. quick overnight but would have enjoyed staying a day to use pool and courts. nice touches in the home to anticipate needs in bath, kitchen, outlets and local recommendations.

The condo is as promised and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great alternative to an overpriced hotel room for visiting IU parents. Communication from the owner was fantastic, the unit was clean and comfy. Zero complaints. We will absolutely look to stay here again!
